FAQs
Technical FAQs
Do I need to have access to a computer to attend Marian University Preparatory School?
Yes. Because our students learn online, a computer with an internet connection is required. Loaner computers are available for families based on demonstrated financial need. These laptops are MU Prep instructional property and must be returned when the student leaves the school. MU Prep will assist with technical and software issues of school-issued computers.
What computer skills are required?
The Learning Coach needs to have at least basic computer skills. Use of the computer is an important part of the online school program. In the elementary grades, it is mostly the Learning Coach who interacts with the computer. Middle and high students are most successful if they have basic computer skills.
How do I get technical support?
