Is my student eligible?
To qualify for Indiana’s Choice Scholarship program, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Student must have legal settlement in Indiana;
- Student must be at least five (5) years old and less than 22 years old by October 1 of the school year that the student is applying
Note: Income guidelines have been fully removed for the 2026–2027 school year, making 100% of families income-eligible.
How do I apply for the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program?*

* The 2026–2027 Choice Scholarship student application will be available March 1, 2026 through September 1, 2026 for the first application period and November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027 for the second application period. The income and eligibility criteria list goes into effect on June 29, 2026. The expanded, simplified Choice Scholarship will allow more Indiana families to use state funds for private schools. Our enrollment consultants will walk you through the application process and answer any questions you may have.
